There are a few lock periods that affect when you can request a payout:
New Account Lock – A 14-day lock applies when you first sign up.
Processing Lock – After every payout request, another 14-day lock applies to allow time for processing.
Promotional Lock – If you used a promotion or bonus code, a 30-day promotional lock also applies.
In all cases, you must complete identity verification before becoming eligible for withdrawals. This includes verifying your address, email, government-issued ID, and SSN.
Once all requirements are met and your lock period ends, you’ll be notified in the app when your next payout is available.
