How Do I Change My Phone Number or Email Address?

Here's how to update your contact details on your Slips account.

If you need to update your phone number (for example, if you no longer have access to your previous number), we’ll need to verify some details first. Please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Full name on the account

  • Email address on the account

  • Current phone number

  • Last 4 digits of the card on file

  • Approximate date of when the account was created (as close as possible)

If your account is currently suspended and you need to update your number, please include that information in your request as well.

For email address changes, please contact us at [email protected] and include:

  • Your full name

  • Current email address on the account

  • The new email you’d like to use

We’ll verify the request and confirm once the update is complete.
