If you didn’t receive your verification code during sign-up or login:

  • Double-check that your phone number or email is entered correctly

  • Wait a few minutes and try again

  • Make sure your device has an internet connection

  • Look in your spam or junk folder (for email codes)

Slips currently sends verification codes via SMS, not email. If you no longer have access to your phone number, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
